Living with intention

Most of us live busy lives with little room, or no room at all to pause and pay attention to our breathing. We get trapped in our productivity and believe that the more we do the better.

This is not true, doing as much as you can and exceeding your mental and physical limits is only going to cause you unhealthy stress.

Doing less with more intention can be more effective in every single way.

What are you getting done and the most important question, why?

When we ask ourselves why are we doing something we live with intention, save time, and make sure that we have a reason to do it.

We are always rushing without specific reason. Most of the times we cannot even concentrate in one thing because we are already thinking what the next one is.

Rushing and always needing to stay busy without intention can be very dangerous to your health.

Last year I had multiple health problems because I was living like this. I was always stressed, always wanting to do more and more in every single little aspect without being realistic.

I never prioritized my health because doing more sounded more excited and rewarding until I lost my health and I could not perform as well in any of my activities.

I ended up having physical problems, severe anxiety and panic attacks due to stress.

One thing that I have learned is that there are only certain hours in a day, and you can do it all but not at the same time.

In the long term is better to create a realistic routine for yourself where you don’t burn out and end up quitting.

Living and doing with intentionality helps you do as much as it feels right for your mental and physical health.

Meditation changed my life, and it helped me ease my mind. After a year of battling with severe anxiety, and feeling hopeless I found meditation.

Just like me, multiple people experience anxiety and mental health conditions due to stress.

Stress seems like an ordinary thing that everyone has to deal with but stress is more dangerous than we can even imagine.

There is a good amount of stress that motivates you to keep moving, and get things done. But, if we do not know our limits, stress can cause horrible effects in our bodies, damage our physical and mental health.

Meditating helps you ease your mind, control anxiety, reduce stress, and promotes self-awareness.

Meditation helped me live with more intentionality, and I would like to share this with more people and have them experience it themselves.

I would like to invite you to stop for a minute every time you are going to do something or you want something and ask yourself, Why am I doing this?

If your why is worth your time and energy, well you are living with intention.
